Citizen Service Request

The City of Sedalia is proud to offer an on-line Citizen Service Request feature to our web visitors. Citizens are now able to report a concern or a problem that will be automatically forwarded on to the appropriate staff member. Once a user has established an account, they will be able to log-in, check the status of the request, and see what actions have been taken. If the situation changes, a user can add comments or even a photo.
