SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES ACTIVATED

The City of Sedalia has declared a Snow Emergency as at least two inches of snow/sleet/ice are expected to occur January 11, 2019 through January 12, 2019. Parking is prohibited along Emergency Snow Routes as plows need access to clear and open the roadways. The Street Department is working to keep these designated streets as clear as possible to allow for emergency vehicle use. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping vehicles off Emergency Snow Routes until cleared.

A Major Company Expansion = New Jobs for the Sedalia-Pettis County Area!

On Tuesday, November 21, 2017, Governor Eric Greitens will be joining Mayor Stephen Galliher, Pettis County Presiding Commissioner David Dick, Kansas City Power & Light and Missouri Partnership to announce the exciting arrival of a major new company in Sedalia! This announcement will be held in the Lowell Mohler Assembly Hall on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
