EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES ACTIVATED

The City of Sedalia has activated the EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES beginning at Noon on Friday, February 15, 2019 as the National Weather Service has reported the potential for up to 4 inches of snow accumulating with snow starting mid-morning Friday, February 15, 2019 and ending Friday evening. Motorists should be aware that Street Department crews are out pretreating roadways and to be aware heavy equipment is operating throughout those areas.

2/5/2018 - City of Sedalia: Potential for Snow Accumulation
According to the National Weather Service, Sedalia has the potential for snow accumulations of from 1-3 inches beginning tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 and continuing into the nighttime hours. Should this weather system result in 2" or more of snow accumulation, the City will activate EMERGENCY SNOW ROUTES to allow the designated roadways to be easily cleared for emergency and other vehicles.
